The Company

Vinecol S.A. is an organization devoted to the production of organically grown grapevines and organic wines.

Since 1998 the company has got 200 acres of fine organic vineyard, necessary to produce very good wines.

All processes are certified and controlled by Letis S.A. (an organic certification bureau, enabled and approved by SENASA Argentina, UE Europa, NOP USDA EE.UU., CAQ Canada, JAS Japan and BioSuisse Suiza)

Geographic Location

A strategic spot for the development of organic crops.

The estate is situated in La Paz Department, in the east of Mendoza City, next to the Biosphere Reserve of Ñancuñan, plenty of natural resources ideal for organic produce.

The Biosphere Reserve of Ñancuñan became part of the global biosphere reserve program MAB of UNESCO in the year 1986. This zone guaranties a belt of uncontaminated resources that protects the vineyard.

The Winemaking

We use our own grapes, coming from the vineyard next to the winery.

Handiwork manufacture, collecting grapes manually in small boxes and the very careful hand selection of grapes in the band.

We store our wines in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Moreover, the high technology equipment involved in the making, such as pneumatic press, peristaltic pump and a refrigerating system, altogether truly improve the wine quality.
